Redevelopment Agency Request for Qualifications - Bond Counsel

The East Brunswick Redevelopment Agency is seeking Qualification Statements from experienced firms or individuals to provide Bond Counsel/Legal Services. Qualified respondents must demonstrate expertise in public finance and possess the capabilities to perform specialized legal work, including bond authorizations, resolutions, official statement preparation, closing documents, and related consultations. The selected Bond Counsel will need to be licensed to practice law in New Jersey and commit to providing services for a fee of $160 per hour. Qualification Statements, including administrative and professional information as detailed in Section 3 of the RFQ, are due by March 27, 2020, at 4:30 PM. Submissions must be mailed or hand-delivered to the Redevelopment Agency Clerk. Late submissions will be returned unopened.
