Request for Quotation – Inflatable Rides – Type 4 Air Supported Structures

The Township of East Brunswick is seeking quotations for Inflatable Rides - Type 4 Air Supported Structures for the Township's Independence Day and East Brunswick Day celebrations in 2020. The contract includes providing inflatable rides, qualified personnel for setup, supervision, and removal, safety equipment, and proof of required insurances and licenses. The Township reserves the right to select all or any number of items. The successful vendor shall be awarded a contract for 2020 with the option to extend contract to 2021 and 2022 based upon mutual agreement between the Township and vendor. Quotes must be received by Nennette Perry, Municipal Clerk, by 10:00 a.m. on February 20, 2020, via mail or hand delivery. The contractor must meet all Federal, State, and Local certifications and requirements and have a minimum of five years of experience in the field with a 100% accident-free history. The contractor must also provide references from past events within the past two years. The Township shall make a decision regarding weather cancellations/postponements for the July 4th event by 12:00pm on July 4, 2020 and for the October 4th event by 9:00am on October 4, 2020. There are penalties associated with late setup for the inflatables, and rescheduling fees under certain postponement circumstances.
