Request for Quotations: Installing/Retrofitting Electric Locking Hardware

The Township of East Brunswick is seeking quotations for the installation and retrofitting of electric locking hardware at the East Brunswick Municipal Building – Finance Office. The selected vendor will be responsible for installing and retrofitting existing doors and frames with electronic locking hardware compatible with a Genetec access control solution and a Mercury LP1502 board. Qualified respondents must possess over 40 years of experience as a Locksmith, hold a Security Clearance Level "Secret", and have experience in low voltage lock systems and Genetec Proximity Card Reader Systems. Quotes must be submitted via email, mail, or hand delivery to the Designated Contact Person by July 31, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. The evaluation will consider company experience, knowledge of the Township, ability to accommodate meetings, compensation proposal, and other factors in the Township's best interest. The solicitation is conducted via a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A 19:44A-20.4 et seq.
