RFP Notice: Concrete and Asphalt Testing Services

The Township of East Brunswick is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Concrete and Asphalt Testing Services. This procurement process follows the competitive contracting method as outlined in N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.1, et seq. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the RFP title, respondent's name and address, and addressed to the Municipal Clerk's office at 1 Civic Center Drive, East Brunswick, New Jersey 08816. Specifications and RFP information can be obtained from the Municipal Clerk or via email. Questions regarding the specifications must be submitted in writing via email by a specified deadline, which is five business days prior to the RFP opening date. All respondents must adhere to applicable state statutes and regulations, including N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27, et seq., and N.J.S.A. 52:32-44.
