RFP Notice: On-Site Elevator Inspections

The Township of East Brunswick is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide on-site elevator subcode and elevator inspection services. The selected proposer will be responsible for providing on-site elevator inspections and elevator subcode official services for the Township. Key requirements include adherence to state regulations (N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.1, et seq., N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27, et seq., N.J.S.A. 52:32-44), a minimum of five full-time staff members licensed to provide elevator subcode services with background checks, and compliance with various procedural requirements related to inspection reports, fee notices, and violation notices. Proposals are due by April 30, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. and must be submitted to the Municipal Clerk in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the RFP title and respondent's information.
