RFQ East Brunswick Redevelopment Agency

The East Brunswick Redevelopment Agency is soliciting Qualification Statements from interested parties for various professional services. These services encompass a wide range of expertise including appraisal, auditing, legal counsel (conflict and redevelopment), engineering (general and environmental), financial advising, redevelopment consulting and planning, and traffic consulting. Qualified respondents will be those who demonstrate the professional capabilities, agree to the compensation terms, and are willing to provide high-quality services to the Redevelopment Agency. Respondents must submit their Qualification Statements by 11:00 AM on December 3, 2025, either by mail or hand delivery to the Designated Contact Person, Loren Morace, Redevelopment Agency Clerk. The anticipated procurement schedule includes the completion of the evaluation of Qualification Statements by December 15, 2025, and the award of Professional Services Agreements by January 5, 2026. The term of the contracts between the Agency and the successful Respondents will be for one (1) year.
