RFQ Notice: 2026 Library Board Attorney

The Township of East Brunswick is seeking Qualification Statements from interested persons and/or firms for the 2026 Library Board Attorney. The selected candidate will provide legal services requested by the Township, attend Library Board meetings as needed, prepare legal opinions and documents, and provide legal advice to the Library Board. All attorneys must be licensed to practice law in New Jersey and are reminded of potential conflicts of interest as outlined in Supreme Court Advisory Committee on Professional Ethics Opinion No. 697. Qualification Statements must be submitted to the Township Clerk's Office by March 11, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. prevailing time. The contract term is for the year 2026, terminating on December 31, 2026. The hourly rate for services may not exceed $200.00.
