RFQ Notice - 2026 Various Professional Services

The Township of East Brunswick is soliciting Qualification Statements for various professional services for the year 2026. The RFQ process aims to identify individuals or firms possessing the professional, financial, and administrative capabilities to provide these services, agreeing to terms and conditions that benefit East Brunswick taxpayers. The procurement process is exempt from bidding and subject to the New Jersey Local Unit Pay-to-Play Law. Responses will be evaluated based on experience, reputation, subject matter knowledge, availability, and overall benefit to the Township. Interested parties must submit a Qualification Statement following the outlined procedures and schedule, either through the Township Clerk's Office or via the Township website. The deadline for submission is November 26, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. Qualification Statements cannot be submitted via facsimile or email and must be received by the designated contact person by the due date. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all submissions and will award the contract or reject all submissions no later than 60 days from receipt of the same. Various professional services are being sought, including appraisal, architectural, auditing, engineering, legal, planning, public defender, prosecutor, and redevelopment financial consultant services. The term of the contracts between the Township and the successful Respondents will be for one (1) year, beginning January 1, 2026, and ending December 31, 2026. The Township anticipates awarding contracts for the Services at its first Reorganization Council Meeting in January. The Township shall reserve the right to terminate the contract without cause on 15 days’ notice.
