RFQ Notice: HVAC Services at the Neilson Plaza (Parking Utility)

This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) from the Township of East Brunswick for HVAC maintenance and emergency services at the Neilson Plaza (Parking Utility). The Township is seeking a service maintenance agreement for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) services at the Transportation Center (Parking Utility). The contract will be awarded through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A 19:44A-20.4 et seq. Quotes are due by April 8, 2026, at 11:00 AM and the contract will begin on April 9, 2026 and expire on April 8, 2028, with options to renew for two additional one-year terms.
