RFQ Notice: HVAC Services at the Transportation Center (Parking Utility)

The Township of East Brunswick is seeking quotations for a service maintenance agreement for HVAC services at the Transportation Center (Parking Utility). The awarded contractor will be responsible for performing quarterly system maintenance, changing air filters, and changing drive belts annually on rooftop equipment and building exhaust fans. The contractor must be available to provide emergency services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Quotes are due by April 8, 2026, at 11:00 AM. The agreement will commence on April 9, 2026 and expire on April 8, 2028, with two one-year renewal options.
