RFQ Notice: Printing & Mailing of 2025 Estimated 3rd Qtr., 2025 Final & 2026 Preliminary Tax Bills

The Township of East Brunswick is seeking quotations for the printing and mailing of 2025 Estimated Third Quarter Tax Bills, as well as 2025 Final and 2026 Preliminary Tax Bills. The project involves printing approximately 17,500 one-sided estimated tax bills and 17,500 two-sided final/preliminary tax bills, including inserting them into envelopes, applying postage, and delivering them to the Post Office. Experience in printing and mailing municipal tax bills is required. Quotes must be submitted by June 4, 2025, at 11:00 A.M.
