RFQ Notice: Recreation and Enrichment Programs & Camps

The Township of East Brunswick is seeking quotations for Recreation and Enrichment Programs & Camps to be offered through the Department of Recreation and Parks for youth, teens, and adults for 2024. The Township aims to provide a variety of programs and encourages residents to sign up for multiple programs throughout the year, and intends to award contracts to multiple contractors. The scope of services includes the planning and implementation of Martial Arts, Tennis, and Pre-K to Early Elementary aged sport programs beginning on March 1, 2025. Quotes must be received by the Township's Designated Contact Person, via email, mail or hand delivery, by 11:00 a.m. prevailing time on Friday, February 28, 2025. Respondents are expected to provide details, samples, and other material that support the programs offered, including company history, references, resumes, and instructor expertise. The Township will provide a suitable location within the Township Park system or at a Township building, unless otherwise outlined in the Scope of Work.
