Supply and Delivery of Sodium Hypochlorite for Crystal Springs Family Park

The Township of East Brunswick is soliciting quotes for the supply and delivery of sodium hypochlorite for Crystal Springs Family Waterpark for the 2023 summer swimming season. Approximately 15,000 – 19,000 gallons of product will be required. A one-year contract with two, one-year optional extensions will be entered with the vendor submitting the best proposal. Proposals will be evaluated primarily on ability, experience, references, customer service, and price per gallon. Initial delivery will be required approximately the week of April 24, 2023, and additional deliveries will be required weekly or as needed once the summer season begins on May 27, 2023, and continues until September 4, 2023. Quotes must be received by the Township’s Designated Contact Person by 11:00 a.m. prevailing time on February 2, 2023. This procurement follows a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A 19:44A-20.4 et seq.
