CDBG 2019-2020: Installation of ADA Ramps – Phase II

The City of East Orange, New Jersey, a vibrant Essex County municipality, solicited sealed proposals for the CDBG 2019-2020 Installation of ADA Ramps – Phase II project, Contract #579. Bidders were explicitly required to comply with N.J.S.A. 34-11 – 56.25 regarding prevailing wages on Public Works projects and N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. concerning Affirmative Action.
