Sealed proposals for this re-bid will be received by the Purchasing Agent in the Council Chamber at East Orange City Hall on Tuesday, May 2, 2023, at 11:00 AM, prevailing local time. Bids must be delivered by hand; no mailed bids will be accepted. A non-refundable fee of $25.00 is required for bid packets obtained on-site, payable to the City of East Orange. All proposals must be accompanied by a Proposal Guarantee in the amount of 10% of the total bid (not exceeding $20,000), in the form of a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Bid Bond, payable to the City of East Orange, NJ. The successful bidder will also be required to furnish a Performance Bond in the principal sum of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount.
