Bid packets can be obtained from the Division of Procurement, City Hall, 1st floor, for a non-refundable fee of $75.00, or downloaded from the City of East Orange’s website. each proposal must be accompanied by a Proposal Guarantee (Certified Check, Cashier’s Check, or Bid Bond) for 10% of the bid, not exceeding $20,000, payable to the City of East Orange, NJ. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a 100% Performance, Payment and Maintenance Bond, valid for a two-year maintenance period post-completion.
