COLUMBIAN PARK IMPROVEMENTS – FIELDHOUSE AND SWIMMING POOL

The City of East Orange, New Jersey, is soliciting sealed proposals for Contract #576-B, focused on the Columbian Park Improvements, encompassing both the Fieldhouse and Swimming Pool. Specifically, bidders must show evidence of satisfactorily completing a minimum of three projects of similar type and magnitude within the State of New Jersey. All contractors and their subcontractors must adhere to the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act and the Public Works Contractor Registration Act, which necessitates possessing a valid Business Registration Certificate and a Public Works Contractor Registration Certificate prior to bid submission. While a non-mandatory site walk-through was scheduled for October 14, 2022, at 10:00 AM, bidders remain fully responsible for a thorough examination of the project site and all contract documents to ascertain existing conditions and ensure compliance with all specifications, including those related to ADA accessibility for ramps.
