Each bid must be accompanied by a Proposal Guarantee in the form of a Certified Check, Cashier’s Check, or a Satisfactory Bid Bond equal to 10% of the Total Bid, not exceeding $20,000.00, payable to the City of East Orange, NJ. Required accompanying documents include a Non-Collusion Affidavit, Affirmative Action Affidavit, Statement of Ownership, Business Registration Certificate, Disclosure of Investment Activities in Iran, Public Works Contractor Registration Certificate, Statement of Bidders Qualifications, and Insurance Requirements.
