Each proposal package must include one original, four copies, and one compact disk (CD) set, with the envelope clearly marked as "COST ESTIMATING SERVICES (LEAD HAZARD CONTROL AND HEALTHY HOMES GRANT PROGRAM)". Proposals can be submitted via mail, deposited in the City’s designated “Drop Box” located in City Hall’s rear parking lot, or presented in person at the specified date, time, and place. Contractors are required to maintain Professional Liability Insurance with coverage of $1,000,000.00 per occurrence and $1,000,000.00 aggregate.
