TOWING & STORAGE SERVICES RE-BID

The City of East Orange is actively soliciting proposals through a competitive contracting process, pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.1(k) et seq., for comprehensive Towing & Storage Services. The scope of work encompasses all necessary operations for the safe and efficient removal, impoundment, and storage of vehicles as directed by the City, ensuring compliance with all state and local regulations for such services. Prospective contractors, identified as Professional Service Contractors, are mandated to adhere to several key New Jersey statutes and regulations. These include N.J.S.A. 10:5-33 et seq. concerning Affirmative Action, N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. pertaining to Contract Compliance and Equal Employment Opportunities in Public Contracts, and N.J.S.A. 52:25-24.2 for Disclosure of Ownership.
