COST ESTIMATING SERVICES (LEAD HAZARD CONTROL AND HEALTHY HOMES GRANT PROGRAM)

The City of East Orange is actively soliciting proposals through a competitive contracting process for Cost Estimating Services to support its crucial Lead Hazard Control and Healthy Homes Grant Program. This vital initiative aims to enhance the safety and well-being of East Orange residents by addressing distressed residential dwellings that exhibit lead hazards, require fundamental housing maintenance, or possess significant health and safety concerns, all while contributing to neighborhood beautification standards.
