COST ESTIMATING SERVICES (LEAD HAZARD CONTROL AND HEALTHY HOMES GRANT PROGRAM)

The City of East Orange, New Jersey, is actively soliciting proposals for highly specialized Cost Estimating Services to support its critical Lead Hazard Control and Healthy Homes Grant Program.
