COST ESTIMATING SERVICES LEAD HAZARD CONTROL AND HEALTHY HOMES GRANT PROGRAM

The City of East Orange, through its Office of the City Administrator, Division of Procurement, is soliciting proposals for comprehensive Cost Estimating Services for its Lead Hazard Control and Healthy Homes Grant Program.
