COST ESTIMATING SERVICES (LEAD HAZARD CONTROL AND HEALTHY HOMES GRANT PROGRAM) - Re-Bid

The City of East Orange, New Jersey, is soliciting proposals for comprehensive Cost Estimating Services related to its critical Lead Hazard Control and Healthy Homes Grant Program. This re-bid Request for Proposal (RFP) aims to secure a qualified contractor to provide technical consulting for the rehabilitation of selected detached residential dwellings within the city.
