WATER QUALITY SAMPLING, ANALYTICAL LABORATORY TESTING AND WATER QUALITY CONSULTATION SERVICES

The City of East Orange Board of Water Commissioners (EOWC) is actively seeking competitive proposals for comprehensive Water Quality Sampling, Analytical Laboratory Testing, and Water Quality Consultation Services. This critical municipal procurement aims to ensure the safety and compliance of the city's extensive water supply and distribution networks, sanitary sewers, and storm sewers, which collectively serve over 64,000 residents across the City of East Orange, New Jersey. Bidders are required to have previously serviced at least two water supply, treatment, and distribution systems comparable in scale and complexity to the EOWC's extensive network, which includes approximately 115 miles of water main and 9,845 customer accounts. Preference is given to experience within facilities regulated by the NJDEP or other U.S. state environmental regulatory agencies. Essential qualifications also include continuous certification of NJDEP compliance for sampling and analysis, an effective NJDEP Annual Certified Parameter List, and proven experience in evaluating and implementing corrective actions pertinent to the detailed scope of work.
