Contractors are required to maintain Professional Liability insurance with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $3,000,000 aggregate. Proposals are to remain firm for a period of sixty (60) days after the submission deadline. The resulting contract term is for three (3) years, with the option for two (2) additional one-year extensions, with adjustments based on the New Jersey "Index Rate."
