NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE
is hereby given that sealed bids for:
LEASE OF TOWNSHIP
OWNED LAND FOR FARMING
a 100-acre parcel on Old York Road (Block
29,
Lot
6) will be received by the East Windsor Township Municipal Clerk on
TUESDAY, DECEMBER 30, 2025 AT 2:00 PM
(local time), at the East
Windsor Municipal Building, 16 Lanning Boulevard, East Windsor, New Jersey 08520, at which time said bids will be opened and read in public.
Specifications as set forth in East Windsor Township Council Resolution
R2025-180 are on file in the office of the Municipal Clerk and may be obtained by
prospective bidders at said office during regular business hours – 8:30 PM
to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, not including holidays.
All bids must conform to the specifications set forth in Resolution R2025-180.  Bids must be in a sealed envelope addressed to the “EAST WINDSOR MUNICIPAL CLERK” and clearly marked on the outside with:

The minimum bid shall be based on $45.00 per acre, per
year, for an estimated 34 farmable acres, for a five (5) year lease term.

East Windsor
reserves the right to reject any and all bids
and to waive informalities as the interest of the Township may require.
