Nicodemus Parcel – Building Demolition

The Borough of Eatontown, NJ, solicited bids for the demolition of three buildings located on the Nicodemus Parcel. The project includes the removal of existing site features and site restoration. All work was to be completed within forty-five (45) calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Sealed bids were due by April 8, 2022, at 1:30 PM at the Borough Hall. Contract documents were available electronically for a non-refundable charge of $25 or in hard copy for $75, payable to T&M Associates.
