NOTICE OF RFP FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES, AFFORDABLE HOUSING ADMINISTRATIVE AGENT AND 
HOUSING REHABILITATION PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR – EATONTOWN BOROUGH 
 
The Borough of Eatontown is accepting proposals for the provisions of the following services to the 
Borough of Eatontown:  
 
Affordable Housing Administrative Agent 
 
Housing Rehabilitation Program Administrator 
 
 
Proposal documents can be obtained at the office of the Borough Clerk, 47 Broad Street, Eatontown, NJ 
07724 or upon request via e-mail to the Borough Clerk at clerk@eatontownnj.com.  
 
Sealed proposals will be received by the Municipal Clerk/Qualified Purchasing Agent (or designee) in the 
Borough Hall Council Meeting Room at 47 Broad Street, Eatontown, NJ 07724 on Wednesday, September 
14, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. prevailing time. Proposals received after this time will not be accepted. Proposals 
shall be labeled “RFP for (Name of Position)” marked clearly on the outside.  
 
Respondents must comply with all laws for but not limited to, Pay-to-Play Laws, N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et. seq. 
and 
N.J.A.C. 
17:27 
(Affirmative

and 
P.L. 
2004, 
c.57 
(Business  
Registration Act). Proposals are being solicited to a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 
19:44A-20.4 et. seq.
