The Borough of Elmer, Salem County, is soliciting sealed proposals for various professional services, including Municipal Auditor, Solicitor, Engineer, Bond Counsel, Land Use Board professionals, Risk Management Consultant, Insurance Professionals, Water Department Operator, and various Conflict and Special Counsels.
