The Borough of Elmer is soliciting sealed proposals for a comprehensive range of professional services. These include roles such as Municipal Auditor, various Solicitor positions (Municipal, Land Use Board, Conflict), Risk Management Consultant, Bond Counsel, Conflict Municipal/Land Use Board Engineer, Special Counsel for Employee Relations, Insurance Professionals, and Bankruptcy Counsel. Proposals are to be received by the Borough Clerk at the Municipal Building by 1:30 PM prevailing time on Thursday, November 5, 2015. Key qualifications for applicants include holding a New Jersey professional license for a minimum of five years and providing a "Certificate of Good Standing." Submissions must also include a detailed resume outlining educational background, professional affiliations, licensure dates, prior public service, and a compensation proposal. Furthermore, applicants are required to demonstrate compliance with New Jersey statutes P.L. 1975, c.127 (Affirmative Action), P.L. 2004, c.57 (Business Registration), and P.L. 1977, c.33 (Disclosure of Ownership). The Borough reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive minor irregularities, accepting those deemed most favorable.
