Water Tower Repairs 5/24/17

The Borough of Elmer is soliciting sealed bids for the "REPAINTING AND REPAIR OF THE ELMER BOROUGH WATER STORAGE TOWER". Bids must be delivered to the Elmer Borough Clerk's Office located at 120 South Main Street, Elmer, New Jersey 08318, on or before May 24, 2017, at 11:00 AM. A non-refundable fee of $150.00 is required for a copy of the specifications. Bids must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit and a Certified Check or Bid Bond for not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount bid, provided said check need not be more than $20,000 nor shall not be less than $500.
