Columbus Park Improvements Project

The Borough of Fairview is soliciting sealed bids for the Columbus Park Improvements project, which is funded by BCOS and NJDEP Green Acres. Bidders must submit their proposals by Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Fairview Borough Hall. Drawings, specifications, and bid forms are available for examination at the office of the Neglia Group, starting January 27, 2026. Bid documents can be obtained digitally for $10.00 or in hard copy for $200.00 from the Engineer, or via digital download for $5.00 from the Borough of Fairview. Bids must be on standard forms, sealed, and include a non-collusion affidavit and a bid bond or certified check for at least 10% of the bid amount (not to exceed $20,000 or be less than $500). A consent of surety for 100% of the bid amount is also required. Bidders must comply with New Jersey state laws regarding Affirmative Action, Equal Employment Opportunity, and Business Registration. All bids will remain irrevocable for 60 days. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
