Columbus Park Improvements (BCOS Funded) Project

The Borough of Fairview is soliciting sealed bids for the Columbus Park Improvements project. Prospective bidders can obtain drawings, specifications, and bid forms from the Neglia Group's office or digitally via email, with associated costs for reproduction or download. Bids must be submitted on Standard Proposal Forms, enclosed in sealed envelopes, and addressed to the Borough Clerk. Each bid must be accompanied by a non-collusion affidavit and a bid bond or certified check for at least ten (10%) percent of the bid amount (minimum $500, max $20,000). A consent of surety for one hundred (100%) percent of the bid amount is also required. Bidders must comply with New Jersey state laws regarding affirmative action, equal opportunity, local public contracts, and business registration. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. Small, Minority, and Women's Business Enterprises are encouraged to participate.
