Borough of Fanwood RFQ for all 2025 Services

The Borough of Fanwood is soliciting Qualification Statements (RFQ) from interested companies and individuals for the provision of various professional services for the year 2025. This RFQ aims to pre-qualify firms that possess the professional, financial, and administrative capabilities to provide these services, ensuring the greatest financial benefit to the taxpayers of Fanwood. The selected firms will then be given the opportunity to submit detailed proposals in response to future Requests for Proposals (RFPs) issued by the Borough. The RFQ covers a wide array of services, including but not limited to appraisal, architectural, auditing, bond counsel, legal, cybersecurity, insurance brokerage, engineering, planning, and webmaster services. Respondents must demonstrate their qualifications, experience, and compliance with administrative and professional requirements, as detailed in the RFQ document. Qualification Statements must be submitted by 12:00 P.M. on November 19, 2024, via mail, overnight courier, or hand delivery; electronic submissions are not accepted. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all responses, modify the RFQ, or terminate the procurement process at any time. All costs associated with responding to this RFQ are the sole responsibility of the respondent.
