The Borough of Fanwood is seeking an experienced vendor to provide a quote
for the provision of professional fire systems testing/inspection as
described in the tables below.

The final product shall be a detailed list of recommended repairs, along
with a quote to perform those repairs.

Repair work will be awarded separately.  The vendor shall not perform
unauthorized repairs.

All responses shall be submitted on this 3-page form, and returned to this
office by Wednesday, May 28, 2025
