PUBLIC NOTICE Fanwood Notice to Historic Renovation General Contractors v2

The Borough of Fanwood is seeking prequalification statements from experienced Historic Restoration General Contractors for the exterior restoration of the Fanwood (Community House) Train Station. The project includes interior structural framing remediation, masonry restoration, exterior and interior carpentry restoration, window restoration, recreation of missing historic fabric, slate roof repairs, copper roofing repairs, and removal/preparation for repainting historic finishes. Qualification Statements are due by April 24 at 12:00pm at Borough Hall.
