RFP Public Notice 2027 Borough Engineer

The Borough of Fanwood, located in Union County, New Jersey, is soliciting proposals from highly qualified firms to provide comprehensive Borough Engineer Services for the calendar year 2027, spanning from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2027. This crucial professional services contract entails the provision of regular engineering services compensated by a flat annual fee, alongside specialized services that will be billed at proposed hourly rates upon prior authorization. The scope of work for the Borough Engineer encompasses a wide range of municipal engineering functions, including advising the Mayor and Council, reviewing development applications, overseeing public works projects, and ensuring compliance with all applicable state and local regulations for the Borough of Fanwood's infrastructure and development initiatives. Prospective contractors must possess a valid New Jersey Professional Engineer license to be considered for these essential Borough Engineer Services.
