Non-Solicitation Form (Do Not Knock List)

This document is a request form provided by the Borough of Florham Park for residents to register their property on a non-solicitation list, also known as a "Do Not Knock" list. Residents are required to complete the form with their name and address, sign it, and submit it to the Clerk's Office. Once an address is added to this list, the placement is permanent. The purpose of this form is to allow property owners or occupants to formally indicate their preference not to receive unsolicited visits, and it is maintained by the Borough Clerk's office.
