Pursuant to New Jersey State Law, and Florham Park Borough Ordinance, all dogs and 
cats at least seven months of age must be licensed each year. Per Borough Ordinance 
108-15, residents may license up to a maximum of three dogs.   
 
A registration form is provided below. You must attach proof of a rabies vaccination that 
expires after November 1st, 2026.  Please attach proof of neutering/spaying, if applicable. 
The fees are as follows: 
 
• Spayed/neutered pet: $18.00. 
• Non-spayed/non-neutered pet: $21.00. 
 
Please pay by exact cash or check made payable to: Borough of Florham Park. Do not 
send cash with a registration that will be mailed. 
 
Your pet’s license must be renewed by January 1st of each year. A renewal will be mailed 
to you in December.  If you have any questions, please contact the Florham Park Health
