Professional Service Agreements

The Borough of Florham Park is soliciting cost proposals for a variety of professional services for the year 2026. Services include Actuarial Services, Bond Counsel, Borough Attorney, Borough Auditor, Special Counsel for Wastewater & Water Utilities, Labor Counsel, Planning Board Attorney, Planning Board Engineer, Board of Adjustment Attorney, Borough Planner, Lake Management Consultant, Wastewater and Water Engineering, Wastewater and Water Consultant, Borough Surveyor, General & Traffic Engineering, Appraisal Services, Historical Architectural Services, and Instrumentation Engineer. Proposals must detail hourly rates and be submitted by December 19, 2025, at 11:00 AM to Patrice Visco, CFO/Purchasing Agent, at 111 Ridgedale Avenue, Florham Park NJ 07932. The procurement is being conducted under a Non-Fair and Open process.
