2025 Municipal Aid - Stillwells Corner Road

The Township of Freehold is seeking bids for the 2025 Municipal Aid Project – Stillwells Corner Road, which includes roadway rehabilitation and all associated work necessary for the project's completion. All work must be completed within 90 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Bid packets must be submitted to the Purchasing Agent of the Township of Freehold by September 4, 2025, at 10:00 am. Bidders can obtain contract documents and plans from the Purchasing Office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of $126. The bid packet must include a Statement of Consent of Surety and a Bid Bond or Certified Check for not less than 10% of the total bid price (up to $20,000). The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond for the full amount of the project and comply with various statutory requirements, including those related to business registration, prevailing wages, and affirmative action.
