NOTICE TO BIDDERS
TOWNSHIP OF FREEHOLD
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Township Purchasing Agent for
the Township of Freehold, County of Monmouth, State of New Jersey on FRIDAY, MAY 12,
2023 AT 10:00 A.M. local prevailing time at the Municipal Building, Room 114, 1 Municipal
Plaza, Freehold, New Jersey at which time and place bids will be opened and read in public for
the following bid:
FURNISHING AND DELIVERY OF CLOTHING AND ACCESSORIES FOR VARIOUS
DEPARTMENTS IN FREEHOLD TOWNSHIP
Specifications and other bid information may be obtained at the office of the Freehold Township
Purchasing Agent, One Municipal Plaza, Freehold, N.J., during regular business hours 8:30 am –
4:30 pm. for a non-refundable fee of $39.00 will be required for each set of specifications. Bids
must be made on the proposal forms included with the bid specification, be enclosed in a sealed
package bearing the name and address of the bidder and “Bid Title, Name and Contract” on the
outside, addressed to the Purchasing Agent, Andrea DiGiovanni, QPA at the address above.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L.1975, c.127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et
seq.), N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq.; N.J.S.A. 19:44-20.5 et seq. The bid award will be made to the
lowest possible bidder in accordance with applicable law.

NOTICE OF BID CANCELLATION
The Township of Freehold is hereby notifying all
potential bidders that the sealed bid for "Furnishing
and Delivery Clothing and Accessories for
Various Departments in Freehold Township",
which had a bid opening date of Friday, May 12,
2023 at 10:00 AM, is hereby cancelled due to
specification revision.
Once the revisions have been made the project will
be re-bid. All potential bidders who obtained a bid
package previously will be advised and a new bid
package will be mailed to the contact name and
address left on file with the Township.
