NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A CONTRACT UNDER A NATIONAL 
COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT WITH OMNIA PARTNERS  
Notice is hereby given that the Township of Freehold County of Monmouth, State of New 
Jersey, intends to participate in the contract awarded to Leonardo US Cyber and Security 
Solutions, LLC formerly Selex ES, Contract 05-68, Maturity date is April 30, 2026 to receive 
services for: 
Fixed and Vehicle License Plate Recognition- Solicitation Number: 15-22 
Information regarding the contract may be found at the Omnia Partners website at

The Township of Freehold anticipates joining the contract on October 7, 2025 
It is the intent of the Township of Freehold to make a contract award to Leonardo US Cyber and 
Security Solutions, LLC formerly Selex ES, Inc., 4221 Tudor Lane, Greensboro, NC 27410 
pursuant to the proposal submitted in response to the Omnia Partners request for proposals. 
The Township of Freehold is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under 
the authority of N.J.S.A 52:34-6.2(b)(3). 
Opportunity to comment on this purchase shall begin upon publication of this notice and end ten 
(10) days thereafter. 
The contract period shall commence upon the issuance of a purchase order.
