NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A CONTRACT UNDER A NATIONAL
COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT WITH ΟΜΝΙΑ PARTNERS/CANON
SOLUTIONS AMERICA
Notice is hereby given that the Township of Freehold County of Monmouth, State of New
Jersey, intends to participate in the contract awarded to Canon Solutions America, Contract
2020002755 maturity date is December 15, 2030, to receive services for:

The Township of Freehold anticipates joining the Canon Solutions America contract on May 13,
2025 with a renewal dated of December 15, 2030
It is the intent of the Township of Freehold to make a contract award to Canon Solutions
America, 1111 Franklin Street, Oakland, CA 94607 pursuant to the proposal submitted in
response to the Omnia Partners request for proposals.
The Township of Freehold is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under
the authority of N.J.S.A 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
Opportunity to comment on this purchase shall begin upon publication of this notice and end ten
(10) days thereafter.
The contract period shall commence upon the issuance of a purchase order.
