NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A CONTRACT UNDER A NATIONAL
COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT WITH SOURCEWELL
COOPERATIVE PURCHASING
Notice is hereby given that the Township of Freehold County of Monmouth, State of New
Jersey, intends to participate in the contract awarded to Old Dominion Brush Company, Contract
#031121-OTB, Maturity date is April 30, 2025 to receive services for:
Grounds Maintenance Equipment -Solicitation Number: RFP #031121
Information regarding the contract may be found at the Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing
website at https://www.sourcewell-mn.gov/cooperative-purchasing/031121-ODB
The Township of Freehold anticipates joining the contract on October 22, 2024.
It is the intent of the Township of Freehold to make a contract award to Old Dominion Brush
Company, 5118 Glen Alden Drive, Henrico, VA 23231 pursuant to the proposal submitted in
response to the Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing request for proposals.
The Township of Freehold is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under
the authority of N.J.S.A 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
Opportunity to comment on this purchase shall begin upon publication of this notice and end ten
(10) days thereafter.
The contract period shall commence upon the issuance of a purchase order.
