Notice of Intent To Award a Contract Under National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement

This document serves as a Notice of Intent by the Township of Freehold to award a contract for the procurement of Cars, Trucks, Vans, SUVs, Cabs, Chassis, and Other Vehicles. The contract is intended to be awarded to National Auto Fleet Group under the National Cooperative Purchasing Agreement, specifically Sourcewell Contract 091521-NAF (Solicitation Number RFP 091521). The Township of Freehold is exercising its authority under N.J.S.A 52:34-6.2(b)(3) to join this cooperative purchasing agreement. The Township anticipates formally joining this contract on July 25, 2023. The public was provided an opportunity to comment on this intended purchase for a period of ten days following the notice's publication on July 10, 2023. The underlying Sourcewell contract has a maturity date of November 8, 2025.
