NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A CONTRACT UNDER A NATIONAL
COOPERATIVE PURCHASING AGREEMENT WITH SOURCEWELL
COOPERATIVE PURCHASING
Notice is hereby given that the Township of Freehold County of Monmouth, State of New
Jersey, intends to participate in the contract awarded to Wastequip Manufacturing Company
LLC, Contract 040621-WQI, Maturity date is June 2, 2025 to receive services for:
Bulk Solid Waste and Recycling Equipment; Solicitation Number: RFP 040621
Information regarding the contract may be found at the Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing
website at https://www.sourcewell-mn.gov/cooperative-purchasing/040621-WQI
The Township of Freehold anticipates joining the contract on September 26, 2023.
It is the intent of the Township of Freehold to make a contract award to Wastequip
Manufacturing Company LLC, 6525 Morrison Blvd., Suite 300, Charlotte, NC 28211 pursuant
to the proposal submitted in response to the Sourcewell Cooperative Purchasing request for
proposals.
The Township of Freehold is permitted to join national cooperative purchasing agreements under
the authority of N.J.S.A 52:34-6.2(b)(3).
Opportunity to comment on this purchase shall begin upon publication of this notice and end ten
(10) days thereafter.
The contract period shall commence upon the issuance of a purchase order.
