Notice to Bidders 2022-2023 Pavement Preservation Program

The Township of Freehold is seeking bids for the 2022-2023 Pavement Preservation Program. The project includes approximately 50,000 square feet of 3-inch thick hot mix asphalt (HMA) surface course repairs, approximately 5,000 square feet of 6-inch thick HMA full depth pavement repairs, and crack sealing on various roadways throughout Freehold Township. Specifications and other bid information may be obtained at the office of the Freehold Township Purchasing Agent for a non-refundable fee of $113.00. Sealed bids must be submitted to the Township Purchasing Agent at One Municipal Plaza, Freehold, N.J. Bids must be made on the proposal forms included with the bid specification, be enclosed in a sealed package bearing the name and address of the bidder and “Bid Title, Name and Contract” on the outside. The deadline for bid submission is September 13, 2022, at 11:00 AM local prevailing time.
