Notice to Bidders - 2023 Pavement Overlay Program

The Township of Freehold is seeking bids for the 2023 Pavement Overlay Program. The project includes roadway rehabilitation and all other work necessary for the project's completion, as detailed in the contract documents. All work must be completed within 90 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Bid Packets must be received by the Purchasing Agent on Thursday, June 8, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at the Township of Freehold Municipal Building. A non-refundable charge of $116.00 is required for a copy of the Contract Documents.
